Mayor Jacob Frey

The ReMix was a mixer hosted by Leonard Searcy of Westbone Productions at the Cinequipt building in north Minneapolis, focused on strengthening Minnesota's film and TV production industry.

Leonard brought on the production team, and Houston Davis of X.D. Media led the crew: setting up the cameras and camera settings, lighting the room, flying the drone, and photographing Mayor Jacob Frey while he spoke.

Mayor Frey talked about the city's investment in Spark'd Studios, at a moment when a bill to raise Minnesota's film production tax credit from $5 million to $25 million was making its way through the state legislature. The event was covered by KARE 11.
